Hiking is a popular thing to do around Beck Pond; Fire Warden Trail is a nice local trail; camping is available at Black Arrow Lodge. The annual precipitation here at Beck Pond is about average; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. At Beck Pond through the summer months highs are in the 70's while nighttime       lows are commonly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Beck Pond. If you go for the outdoors, you'll like Beck Pond. Bear Mountain is uncomplicated to spot from Beck Pond, and Bear Pond is a magnificent lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. There are other places here than Beck Pond, for example Cedar Pond; hey, Gotta ski right? Sugarloaf USA is a wonderful site to do that.
