     There's so much to do here at Beaver Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Frost Pond Campground is a magnificent place for that, and Pleasant River - West Branch is a good whitewater spot nearby. Beaver Pond is a good spot of common rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Lodge at Moosehead Lake, and in case you don’t have  
   a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Nahmakanta Stream. If you came to camp Jo-mary Lake Campground is a glorious spot to do that, and Black Pinnacle is clearly visible from Beaver Pond.
All the outdoors amusing stuff in close proximity to Beaver Pond will keep you coming back again and again. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Big Squaw is near Beaver Pond; Third Roach Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore. This lake is so
 
               wonderful. Take a hike on the Gulf Hagas Trail. Have a nice hiking adventure along the Auburn Log Hauling Road; a lake close by is Big Spring.
If you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a perfect choice, and going for a hike along the Number Two Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. Summertime highs at Beaver Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and night lows at Beaver Pond during the winter typically dip into the-10's.
