For the period of the long summer days at Beaver Pond highs are mostly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Beaver Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Trestle Brook is a perfect       place to explore; if you came for an overnight stay Ramblewood Cabins and Campground is a wonderful site to camp. Why not camp at Deer Mountain Campground if you're here at Beaver Pond, and from Beaver Pond you acquire a perfect panorama of Rump Mountain. Hit the slopes at Balsams Wilderness in the neighborhood; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by Rump Pond.
