| | is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Beaver Pond is not the only location close by, Mount Blue Pond is a close by lake, and Beaver Pond is a splendid spot to visit for more than one day, Dummer's Beach is a splendid spot to camp nearby. From a rain point of view Beaver Pond is a rather common location; most of the snow falls all through November; February is when it's the driest. Now, you may imagine that's loads but there's even more cool stuff | |

to do here at Beaver Pond. Take a hike on the Fire Warden Trail; dry warm beds await you at Herbert Grand Hotel. Hiking along the Piazza Rock Trail is magnificent fun, and if you get bored of Beaver Pond you could also stop by close
by Tory Hill Pond. Whitewater paddling is glorious on Sandy River, and skiing at Titcomb is one of those things you just should do. Very lovely scenery and tremendous skiing is what you get at Sugarloaf USA, and you can stay the night at Crocker Mountain Cirque Campground.
