You don’t have to go far from Beaver Pond to see the water at Beaver Pond Dam, and Cupsuptic Campground is a tremendous local campground. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Cathedral Pines Camping Area is a tremendous site to camp, and paddling on Kennebago River is so much fun. For the period of the summertime months at Beaver Pond highs are commonly       in the 70's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows at Beaver Pond during the winter typically dip into the-10's. Very pretty scenery and fine skiing is what you get at Saddleback, and if you get bored of Beaver Pond you could also stop at nearby L Pond. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Beaver Pond. The Morrell Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close to Beaver Pond,                  and going for a hike on the Arnold Trail is always a delightful adventure. There is a fine hiking trail in the vicinity of Beaver Pond called the Arnold Pond Trail, and get drenched paddling on Dead River - North Branch.
