Beaver Pond is a wet place that gets a lot of rainfall; throughout August this area sees the most rain; the driest month is February. Very splendid water scenery is available at Beaver       Pond Dam in close proximity to Beaver Pond, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Arnold Trail. Through the summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Beaver Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Beaver Pond are in the-10's. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Beaver Pond has to offer, you can camp at Cathedral Pines Camping Area; in case you don’t                  have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Dead River - North Branch. All the outdoors amusing stuff next to Beaver Pond will keep you coming back over and over. There's so much to do here at Beaver Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cupsuptic Campground is a splendid location for that; since you're here you can take a hike along the Morrell Trail.
