     Do stop by Bearce Flowage Dam if you're here at Bearce Flowage, and there are some glorious whitewater spots on St. Croix River. Lakes? Sure, Meddybemps Lake is in close proximity, and a tremendous vista of wonderful Porcupine Mountain is available. Not far from Bearce Flowage, you'll discover Bearce Lake which is a gorgeous lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Chet's Camps is a wonderful spot to camp. Through the summer months at Bearce Flowage temperatures  
   are typically in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Bearce Flowage dipping down into the 0's during winter nights.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Bearce Flowage a wet place; most of the rain falls during November, and July on the other hand is the driest. Bearce Flowage truly is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. There's whitewater
 
               on Dennys River for all you adrenaline people, and a visit to Roosevelt Campobello International Park is worthwhile.
This lake is so wonderful. Do schedule some time to visit Eaton Point next to Bearce Flowage if you have a chance; Cobscook Bay State Park is a brilliant campground nearby.
