There's so much to do here at Bay of Naples that you need to camp here for a while, Loon's Haven Family Campground is a splendid place for that, and lots of people from Portland-South Portland come here. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Pleasant Mountain Inn is a pleasant choice; Bear Point is very near and is a splendid spot to explore. This lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of       Saco River near Bay of Naples; not far from Bay of Naples you get some good water scenery at Songo Lock Dam. If you came to camp The Quinbys Campground is a delightful spot to do that, and The Elms Bed and Breakfast is a magnificent spot to get some rest. Man, is there heaps of amusing things to do next to Bay of Naples. Playing golf is lots of fun at Naples Golf & Country Club; a lake close by is Brandy Pond. Crooked River is a brilliant local stream, and there's                  whitewater on Crooked River for all you thrill seekers. What would winter be without some skiing at Shawnee Peak, of course you could also go to Trickey Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. Bay of Naples gets a large amount of water; November is the month that gets the most rain; September is the month with the least moisture. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Bay of Naples highs are frequently in the 70's, and the nighttime is slightly colder of course, regularly in the 50's.
