There is a glorious hiking trail close to The Basin called the Potters Trail; there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Grand Lake Stream. So many exciting things to do here at The Basin, too pleasant to be true. If you come at the right time of year, Baskahegan Stream offers some glorious whitewater, and since you're here you have to stop by Picnic Point. | | the 50's. During the wintertime highs are regularly in the 20's while The Basin nighttime low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. Take a little tour to Sucker Brook while you're here at The Basin; Jackson Brook Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at.
