Bartlett Pond is always a pleasure to visit. Bartlett Pond is not far at all from Portland-South Portland, and there are some great whitewater spots on Saco River. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Sanford Inn is a great place to spend a night or two, and a golf course close by is Salmon Falls Restaurant Motel & Golf Club.
At Bartlett Pond through the days of summer highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. The wintertime

| | brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Bartlett Pond. The high level of rain makes Bartlett Pond a quite wet location; throughout November this area sees the most rain while September is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Bartlett Pond is a good place to camp, Bunganut Lake Camping Area is a good place, and Sanford/Kennebunkport Super 8 Motel is a perfect place to get some rest.
