Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are truly abundant here at Aziscohos Lake. A wonderful vista of charming Berry Hill is available from Aziscohos Lake, and there are some perfect whitewater spots on Sandy Stream. An average amount of precipitation falls at Aziscohos Lake; most of the snow falls through November, and February       is when it's the driest. Going for a hike on the Arnolds Trail is always a delightful adventure, and Gilman Pond Campground is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to observe at Abbott Brook Dike near Aziscohos Lake, and Bingham Motor Inn is a great location to get some rest. Really good skiing awaits you at Titcomb, and some of the water close by flows, like Healey Brook. This lake is so wonderful.                  If you come at the right time of year, Carrabasset offers some great whitewater, and if you need a place to stay Herbert Grand Hotel is a great choice. You could also check out Gilman Stream Reservoir while you're here at Aziscohos Lake; it's nearby, and why not camp at Happy Horseshoe Campground since you're here at Aziscohos Lake. Throughout the months of summer at Aziscohos Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's.
