Reservoir is not the only place close by, Lake Andrews is a close by lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chandler Brook.
Camping is available at Maine
Campground Owners Association, and as expected Jepson Brook flows through this neighborhood. The high level of rain makes Androscoggin River Reservoir a rather wet spot; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain;
the driest month is September. Put some time aside to spend at Great Falls if you're here at Androscoggin River Reservoir, and at Androscoggin River Reservoir you can catch a sight of Mount David.
Enjoy a lazy day on the beach
at Auburn Municipal Beach, and pretty scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Lost Valley. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area near Androscoggin River Reservoir has to offer.
