Canal Street Dam is worth taking a look at since you're here; a visit to Auburn Municipal Beach is always a glorious idea. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Lake Andrews. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a great panorama of Apple Sass Hill from Lake Andrews. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Allen Pond Campground, and while you're here you will meet lots of people from close by Lewiston-Auburn.
