If you are in Androscoggin county it's always a good idea to stop by Lake Andrews. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lake Andrews a wet place; November is when you get the most rain here while September is frequently the driest month. Jepson Brook is a stream that you may run into while you're here, and do go to Androscoggin River Reservoir, it's a scenic lake. This lake is so wonderful. Beach, and if you need a location to stay Econo Lodge Auburn is a perfect choice. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do in the neighborhood of Lake Andrews. The snow is delightful at Lost Valley, and here at Lake
Andrews you can see Apple Sass Hill. Soar down the rapids of Chandler Brook in a kayak, and there are plenty of people from Lewiston-Auburn here. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a delightful nearby course is Fox
Ridge Golf Club; do put some time aside to spend at Great Falls if you're here at Lake Andrews. Summertime highs at Lake Andrews mostly tend to be in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs during the
wintertime are generally in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Andrews. And if you're still looking for more outdoors enjoyable stuff just keep reading. If you came for an overnight stay Allen Pond Campground is a nice site to camp.

There needs to be a bunch of water in this stream to even make it doable. on 4/20 we were scooting-ass over many shallow spots in our yaks.
