This lake is so wonderful. A great sight of delightful Great Hill is available from Amys Pond. If you need a spot to stay Sanford Inn is a tremendous choice, and if you came for an overnight stay Beaver Dam Campground is a splendid location to camp. Just can't get enough of Amys Pond. There's some flowing water close by, Beaver Dam Brook       is a stream you can go to while you're here, and unsurprisingly, this is a glorious neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Great Works River Reservoir is a lake nearby. Amys Pond usually gets a large amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is November while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Hussey Plow Company Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out, and in the neighborhood of Amys                  Pond you find a golf course called Sanford Country Club. You're probably into lakes, Neoutaque River Reservoir is one of those close by; Sand Pond Camping Park is a wonderful campground nearby. Lots of people from Portland-South Portland come to Amys Pond, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Little River. High temperatures at Amys Pond throughout the long summer days are in the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
