This site is peerless, just look at all the fun things to do in close proximity to Alger Pond. If you came to camp Ridge Ranch Family Campground is a fine site to do that, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western White House Inn. The annual rain here at Alger Pond is       about average; during November this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Don't forget to take a splendid little spree to Clark Brook, and get your pulse rate up on the magnificent whitewater of Souadabscook Stream.
