A visit to Alamoosook Lake is always a good idea. Alamoosook Lake is not the only place nearby, Hancock Pond is a nearby lake, and a golf course close by is Bucksport Golf Club. You simply must like Alamoosook Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Bald Mountain Trail, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby New Hermon Mountain.
