All the water falling down from the sky makes Wilson Pond a wet site; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is October. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to hit the beach, Wickes Beach is nearby, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Kent Narrows Inn is a fine place to spend a night or two. Lakes are such calm sites, why not have a look       at Bramble Lake in the neighborhood of Wilson Pond, and why not a little side tour to Church Creek. Going for a hike along the Boxes Point Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and Holiday Inn Express Kent Island, Md is a splendid place to get some rest. That right there is lots already, but it keeps on going; Wilson Pond has it all. If the weather is fine here at Wilson Pond, you can go for a hike along the Duck Inn Trail, and Saint Pauls                  Millpond is a brilliant lake nearby. If you came for an overnight stay Ellendale Campground is a pleasant spot to camp, and Baybush Point is around here and always glorious to pop by. For the duration of the warm months here at Wilson Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 80's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 70's. During the winter highs are usually in the 40's with temperatures at Wilson Pond dipping down into the 20's through winter nights.
