This is a pleasant area for folks who like lakes. Leonard Pond is a lake close by, and there are plenty of people from Salisbury here. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are delightful; Leonard Pond is a lake that's in close proximity to Williams Pond, and if you need a place to stay Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury is a great choice. Leonard Pond Dam is a wonderful spot right next door to Williams Pond, and some of the water       close by flows, like Jackson Branch. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area in the neighborhood of Williams Pond has to offer. There's so much to do here at Williams Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Woodlawn Camp Ground is a glorious place for that, and a golf course nearby is Nutters Crossing Golf Club. Williams Pond is a reasonably wet place mostly with a great deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls during August,                  and February is the month with the least moisture. At Williams Pond through the summer highs are in the 80's; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, usually in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Williams Pond are in the 20's.
