This lake is so wonderful. You're in all probability into lakes, Rigga Farm Pond is one of those nearby, and going for a hike on the Western Ridge Trail is always a delightful adventure. This lake is so wonderful. There are perfect places to discover along the Valley Trail, and swing by Dorsey Branch it's a delightful       place to take a look at. From a rain point of view Warfields Pond is a reasonably common location; the month with most of the rain is June while February is generally the driest month. Drift down the rapids of Patapsco River - South Branch in a kayak, and camping at Ramblin Pines is always a wonderful experience. If you need a place to stay Inn at Peralynna Manor is a great choice, and Willow Springs Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Get yourself into                  a kayak and hit Piney Run, and during your trip here you'll meet some people from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria for sure. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Warfields Pond. After a long day outdoors Turf Valley Resort is a pleasant site to spend a night or two; Warfields Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Woodbine Campground is a great local campground. Near Warfields Pond you hit upon the White Horse Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. The warmest time of the year at Warfields Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
