Tridelphia Reservoir gets much water; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is January. During the summertime months highs here at Tridelphia Reservoir reach the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's, and night lows in the 20's for Tridelphia Reservoir. This lake is always       fun. Going for a hike along the Valley Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and Brighton Dam is an exciting thing to check out. This is such a wonderful lake. Tridelphia Reservoir is right by the White Horse Trail; drift down the rapids of Patuxent River in a kayak. If you need a location to stay Courtyard By Marriott Silver Spring is a good choice; a lake close by is Triadelphia Reservoir. Why not camp at Scotts Cove Campground                  while you're here at Tridelphia Reservoir; this is a popular site for folks from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria. Residence Inn by Marriott Silver Spring is a nice spot to get some rest, and a tour to Greenbelt Park is worthwhile. Hiking along the Western Ridge Trail is splendid fun. Any time is a great time at Tridelphia Reservoir if you fancy the outdoors. Paddling on Patapsco River - South Branch is so much fun, and a round of golf at nearby Northwest Park Golf Course is a splendid way to kill some time.
