Conococheague Creek is a delightful location to check out, and after a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Hagerstown (Williamsport) is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. Antietam Hagerstown KOA is a nice local campground, and there are other locations here than Potomac River Reservoir, for example Swan Pond. Potomac River Reservoir gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; most of the rain falls all through       May, and January is when it's the driest.
