Sparrows Beach
Sparrows beach is a gated private community. Nothing nearby but other private communities. The only beach open to the public in this area is Sandy Point State Park located just off Route 50. 5 dollars for Maryland residents and 6 for others....
Carrs Beach
No one tells you that this beach is a private community beach and they do not allow you to be there if you do not belong. My family and I went down there and we were not allowed to go on the beach because we were not community residents....Where exactly is carrs beach in maryland?...
Greenbelt Park
30 miles away Regular camping fees at this time (06/08) are $16/night. I have been camping at Greenbelt Park every summer for a week for the last 7 years. It was always at $14 up till last year when it went up to $16. Great Park though! Love it!...
