Pikesville Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. For the period of the long summer days at Pikesville Reservoir temperatures are usually in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Pikesville Reservoir. Patapsco Valley State Park is a fine local campground, and a pleasant close by hotel is Ramada Inn-Baltimore West. For you golfers we recommend close by Woodholme Country Club, and Pikesville Reservoir Dam is not far at all from Pikesville Reservoir. You can run the rapids of Gwynns Falls in close proximity to Pikesville Reservoir, and Hilton Pikesville is a fine location to get some rest.

to be true. While you're here at Pikesville Reservoir you will meet lots of folks from close by Baltimore-Towson, and if you came for an overnight stay Timer Ridge is a good location to camp.
