Many people like to go to Peters Pond. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Peters Pond; during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Peters Pond sink into the 20's. A spree to Assateague Island National Seashore is recommended; why not a little side trip to Cotter Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes?

This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Suites Ocean City is a great choice, and a wonderful swamp in close proximity to Peters Pond is Robins Marsh. Why not camp at North Beach Campground while you're here at Peters Pond, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Ragged Point Trail. Camping is available at Bayside Campground, | |

Any time is a magnificent time at Peters Pond if you go for the outdoors. You could also check out Cropper Pond if you're here at Peters Pond; it's nearby, and there are
plenty of people from Ocean Pines here at Peters Pond. All the water falling down from the sky makes Peters Pond a wet location; most of the rain falls throughout August; the driest of the months is April.

I used to date the son of someone who owned a site in your campground and they had a trailer with a shed, sewer water and electric on site and I remember that they use to have a camper there but bought a trailer and had to keep the wheels on it but never had to move anything once it was put there. My husband and I are interested in finding a place like this to have to get away with our children.? I was wondering if you still do this and if you have any sites open??...Having just returned to our home in south eastern penna, I think trails end is a terrific place with a lot of great things to do on site (swimming,walking, fishing, eating at the great wave resturant) I bought a place in 02 and I try to go down at least 2-3 times a month from march thru nov. most of theyear rounders are decent people and will let the weekenders join right in with the relaxed pace of trails end.The few trouble makers need to be caught and prosecuted for any criminal act they do (theft, drugs) etc... |
