Asherwood Branch is a wonderful stream that is worth a visit, and dry warm beds await you at Sleep Inn Salisbury. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Newhope Pond, and all through the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Newhope Pond dipping down into the 20's throughout winter nights. Any time is a tremendous time at Newhope Pond if you       love the outdoors. Enjoy a round of golf at Deer Run Golf Club not far from Newhope Pond, and if you need a site to stay Courtyard by Marriott Salisbury is a magnificent choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Newhope Pond a wet place; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
