Montrose Farm Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; the wettest month of the year is mostly August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. Good hiking is available along the Boxes Point Trail, and Montrose Farm Pond is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Ducks Neck Campground is a nice place to camp nearby. There's perfect hiking along the Duck Inn Trail, and Duck Neck Camp is a glorious local campground. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Montrose Farm Pond, and the nighttime is slightly                  chillier of course, regularly in the 60's. During the winter highs are usually in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Montrose Farm Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
