Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CHESTERTOWN is a glorious site to get some rest, and Millbrook Lake is a pleasant place to visit for more than one day, Bay Country Campground is a pleasant place to camp nearby. Go for a hike on the Duck Inn Trail, and as expected, this is a delightful region for folks who like lakes, Fairlee Lake is a lake close by. The high level of precipitation makes       Millbrook Lake a relatively wet spot; August is when you get the most rain here, and the driest of the months is February. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Winters Run, and going for a hike on the Boxes Point Trail is always a good adventure. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area close to Millbrook Lake has to offer. Soar down the rapids of Little Gunpowder Falls in a kayak, and if you want to hit the beach, Mitchell Bluff                  is nearby. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Suites Chestertown is a magnificent choice; as expected Mill Creek flows through this vicinity. Do stop at Fairlee Lake Dam since you're here at Millbrook Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Millbrook Lake has to offer, you can camp at Bay Shore Campground. The warmest time of the year at Millbrook Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Millbrook Lake through the winter typically sink into the 20's.
