Take a hike on the Duck Inn Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Herring Run. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Mezick Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Ellendale Campground is a great place for that; hiking along the Boxes Point Trail is glorious fun. Summertime at Mezick Ponds comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops       down to the 60's. During the winter the highs are mostly in the 40's; overnight lows at Mezick Ponds during the wintertime ordinarily sink into the 20's. A splendid close by hotel is Super 8 Motel - Annapolis; in close proximity to Mezick Ponds you stumble on a golf course called Bay Hills Golf Club. While you're here at Mezick Ponds, you could also stop by scenic Lake Claire, and on a delightful day you can go to Gibson Island Beach. Some close by water                  includes Podickery Creek, and a spree to Severn Beach is always a delightful idea. Having a splendid time at Mezick Ponds is painless. If you need a site to stay Quality Inn is a great choice; don't forget to go to Jacks Cove since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mezick Ponds has to offer, you can camp at R J Campground, and lots of folks from Easton come here.
