Skiing at Wisp is one of those things you just must do, and on a pretty day you acquire a glorious view of Lease Hill from Meadow Run Lake. There's so much to do here at Meadow Run Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Mason Dixon Campground is a wonderful spot for that, and a quick tour to Crab Run is positively a great idea. All through the months of summer highs here at Meadow Run Lake get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. in the great outdoors, just come on down to Meadow Run Lake. There are other locations here than Meadow Run Lake, for example Yoders Pond, and if you like swamps you're in luck, Wolf Swamp is right close by. This lake is so wonderful.
This is a popular place for folks from Somerset. Lakes? Sure, New Germany Lake is close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at New Germany State Park, and the scenery at Meadow Run Dam is charming. There are some
tremendous whitewater spots on Savage River, and Days Inn And Suites Frostburg is a good spot to get some rest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things at Meadow Run Lake. Meadow Run Lake is a good site of typical rain; the month with most of the rain is July, and the driest month is February.
