If you are in Garrett county it's always a good idea to stop by Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir. A lot of rain falls at Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir; most of the rain falls throughout July while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. If only every spot had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great globe it would be. | | at Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Little Yok Number 2 Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and the skiing at Wisp is pleasant.
After a long day outdoors Oak Mar Restaurant is a tremendous location to spend a night or two; great hiking is available along the Plantation Trail. Going for a hike on the Boundary Trail is always a glorious adventure. The summit of Mount Nebo can be observed from Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir, | |

and you can go for a hike on the Lindy Run Trail.
There's so much to do here at Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Double G Campground is a fine place for that, and you don't have to go far to
enjoy Mount Nebo State Forest And Game Preserve. At Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir all through the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is a tad colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Through the winter the highs
are frequently in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Little Yok Number 1 Reservoir through the winter mostly drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody close by loves skiing at Canaan Valley, and if you're here you can
play some golf at Oakland Golf Club.
A good close by hotel is Town Motel; you can run the rapids of Youghiogheny River.
