Lexington Park Super 8 Motel is a perfect spot to get some rest, and Coles Point Plantation is a nice campground here. Through the long summer days at Lane Pond temperatures are commonly in the 80's while night lows are generally in the 60's. Highs all through the winter are usually in the 40's, and night lows at Lane Pond through the wintertime generally plunge into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Blake Creek       is next to Lane Pond and is a great location to check out, and while you're here here do explore close by Piney Point Beach. If you're here at Lane Pond, you could explore Lane Creek, and one of the best things about this spot is its proximity to Lane Beach. Just can't get enough of Lane Pond. If you need a place to stay Sleep Inn Lexington Park is a delightful choice; Lane Pond is not far at all from Lexington Park. Herring Run Bar is a good place to look                  at, and camping at Lane Pond is nice fun, Take It Easy Campground is a nice local campground. An afternoon playing golf at Breton Bay Golf & Country Club is always a pleasure.
