Why not stop by Lake Placid if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Paw Paw Passage Trail; Towneplace Suites By Marriott Gaithersburg is a delightful place to get some rest. The Meadow Trail offers hiking at its best, and an attention-grabbing thing to go to right next door to Lake Placid is Lake Placid Dam. Summertime highs at Lake Placid mostly tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is quite cooler

So many entertaining things to do here at Lake Placid, too wonderful to be true. Paddling on Potomac River is so much fun; camping at Christopher Run Campground is always a nice experience. of Lake Placid, Clopper Lake is nearby. A common amount of rain falls here at Lake Placid; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is
so wonderful. Don't forget to take a pleasant little tour to Rich Branch, and if you came to camp Valley Mill Camp is a wonderful place to do that. A great close by hotel is Oakwood Gaithersburg. Why not take a refreshing hike along
the Potomac Heritage Trail, and Lake Placid is not the only site nearby, Three Sisters Lakes is a nearby lake. Whitewater paddling is fine on Little Seneca Creek, and Laytonsville Golf Course is a golf course nearby.
