There's great hiking along the Gabriel Trail. There's so much to do here at Lake Nesbit and Lanhan that you need to camp here for a while, Cacapon Hideaway is a tremendous place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Big Flat Trail, and it's a great idea to stop at Cacapon River. The Silas Trail offers hiking at its best, and a lake close by is Lake Lanahan.       At Lake Nesbit and Lanhan throughout the months of summer highs are in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are mostly in the 30's while Lake Nesbit and Lanhan nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. Lake Nesbit and Lanhan is not the only spot close by, Lake Jenkins is a close by lake, and Lake Lanahen Dam is an out of the ordinary thing to check out. You'll meet a lot of folks                  from Winchester here. You absolutely should fancy Lake Nesbit and Lanhan. Coolfont Resort is a nice place to get some rest, and Lake Nesbit and Lanhan is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Happy Hills Campground is a fine local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on Sideling Hill Creek, and a glorious location close by is Long Hollow. Get covered with water paddling on Fifteen Mile Creek, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Berkeley Springs Inn is a good site to spend a night or two.
