take a good little trip to Crabbs Branch. Go for a hike on the White Horse Trail, and you can stay the night at Valley Mill Camp. Lake Needwood gets a normal amount of yearly rain; all through May this area sees the most rain,
and the driest month of the year is February. Don't leave Lake Needwood without first going for a hike along the Paw Paw Passage Trail; if you need a place to stay The Legacy Hotel is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Lake

 | 16 miles away I often take my kids to the park at Greenbelt Lake. The playground is very big and they have a ton of fun. There are things there suitable for all kids ages. We also go around the lake, me running and them riding thier bikes. the trail and lake are beautiful and shaded - which is wonderful during the hot days in the summer.... |
