Lake Lanahan is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. For the duration of the long summer days, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Lake Lanahan. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lake Lanahan are in the 10's. There's so much to do here at Lake Lanahan that you need to camp here for a while, Happy Hills Campground is a nice location for that, and dry

Near Lake Lanahan you find the Silas Trail which is a great hiking trail, and not far from Lake Lanahan you get some perfect water scenery at Lake Lanahen Dam.
So many exciting things close to Lake Lanahan, absolutely striking. Get drenched paddling on Fifteen Mile Creek, and if you need a site to stay Best Western Berkeley Springs Inn is a great choice. Lake Lanahan gets a normal amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May; the driest of the months is January.
