You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Koshare has to offer, you can camp at Camp Sunrise Mountain, and a great nearby hotel is Comfort Inn At Deep Creek Lake. The amount of rainfall that falls at Lake Koshare is close to the national average; during July this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of       precipitation. This place, Lake Koshare, it simply has so much outdoors exciting stuff. Paddling on Youghiogheny River is so much fun, and if you need a place to stay Wisp Resort is a great choice. There are other sites here than Lake Koshare, for example Herrington Manor Recreation Area Reservoir, and McComas Dam is a location that is right next door to Lake Koshare. This lake is so wonderful. Wisp has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff; there's a great                  forest called Swallow Falls State Forest. Lake Koshare is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, Swallow Falls State Park is a perfect place to camp nearby. If you're here at Lake Koshare and you like golf, you can take a look at Oakland Golf Club, and naturally Glade Run is a delightful stream that is worth checking out. Summer at Lake Koshare comes with high temperatures in the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and night lows in the 10's for Lake Koshare. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Boundary Trail is always a perfect adventure. Lakes?
