What a nice lake Lake Eisen is. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Lake Eisen. Why not have a look at nearby Kilgour Branch while you're here at Lake Eisen; you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Meadow Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Potomac River offers some splendid whitewater; a great close by hotel is Woodfin Suite Hotel Rockville. A visit to Fort Washington Park is recommended. The amount of rain that falls at Lake Eisen is close to the national average; May is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month.

At Lake Eisen you can observe Hunting Hill, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Seneca Creek. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Lake Eisen has to offer, you can camp at Valley Mill Camp, and going for a hike
along the Potomac Heritage Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Lake Eisen that you need to camp here for a while, Christopher Run Campground is
a great spot for that, and Lake Eisen is not far at all from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria.
During the warm months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Lake Eisen. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while Lake Eisen overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 20's.
