Lake Koshare is a good site of common rainfall; July is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Lake Koshare is right by the Boundary Trail, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Lake Koshare. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Sunrise Mountain is a great place to       camp, and dry warm beds await you at Wisp Resort. Gotta ski! Canaan Valley is a pleasant site to do that, and if you need a place to stay Canaan Valley Resort and Conf Ctr is a fine choice. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Wisp are so inviting noone can resist, and paddling on Youghiogheny River is so much fun. Glade Run is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out, and why not camp at Swallow Falls State Park since you're here at                  Lake Koshare. All the outdoors enjoyable things in close proximity to Lake Koshare will keep you coming back again and again. Swallow Falls State Forest is a forest near Lake Koshare that you can go to. Lakes? Sure, Herrington Manor Recreation Area Reservoir is nearby. Get wet paddling on Muddy Creek. Summer at Lake Koshare arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Lake Koshare temperatures sink to the 10's.
