The beauty of mother nature reveals herself at Barth Spring, and there's pleasant hiking along the High Rock Nature Trail. For the duration of the warm months at Hagerstown Reservoir highs are typically in the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 60's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Hagerstown Reservoir.       This lake is so wonderful. Beaver Creek is a good whitewater spot close to Hagerstown Reservoir, and Catoctin Mountain Park is a perfect site nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful spot for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Hagerstown Reservoir is Middle creek; skiing at Ski Liberty is one of those things you just should do. Hagerstown Reservoir in fact is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise. Do go to Edgemont Reservoir near Hagerstown                  Reservoir, it's a beautiful lake, and a round of golf at nearby Waynesboro Municipal Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. Mountain Farm Campground is a delightful local campground, and a splendid close by hotel is Days Inn Waynesboro. From a precipitation point of view Hagerstown Reservoir is a reasonably normal site; most of the rain falls through May; January on the other hand is the driest. The Cunningham Falls Nature Trail offers hiking at its best; if you're dropping by from Chambersburg, you won't be the only one. Mdnoname1 Dam has tremendous water scenery and it's near Hagerstown Reservoir, and Hagerstown Hotel and Convention Center is a glorious location to get some rest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in the vicinity of Hagerstown Reservoir has to offer.
