Go to Gibbs Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Gibbs Pond is a wet spot that gets a lot of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August while April is generally the driest month. Little Egging Beach is near Gibbs Pond and is a delightful beach to visit; don't leave Gibbs Pond without first going for a hike along the Ragged Point Trail. Gibbs Pond is near Dutch Harbor which is a lovely place absolutely worth a visit, and do schedule some time to visit

Throughout the months of summer, highs regularly are in the 80's at Gibbs Pond; the night is a tad cooler of course, generally in the 60's. at Gibbs Pond are in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. On a delightful day you can pop by Great Egging Beach near Gibbs Pond, and Gibbs Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Assateague State Park is a good local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Francis Scott Key Motel, and Gibbs Pond is a location with many visitors from Ocean Pines. If you need a place to stay Comfort Suites Ocean City is a nice choice, and camping at Bayside Campground is always a magnificent experience.
