In Maryland there are many beautiful lakes, Frostburg Reservoir is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Frostburg Days Inn is a tremendous place to get some rest; if you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Casselman River. for whitewater paddling close to Frostburg Reservoir is Savage River, and Big Piney Run Dam is not far at all from Frostburg Reservoir. Church Run is a good local stream.
