Red Run Cove is rather near Deep Creek Lake,       and get yourself into a kayak and hit Youghiogheny River. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things next to Deep Creek Lake. A splendid nearby hotel is Comfort Inn At Deep Creek Lake, and you can make out Bray Hill from Deep Creek Lake. Brushy Hollow is a brilliant location to look at; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Wisp while you're here. Deep Creek Lake gets a great deal of water; July is when you get the most rain here while February is regularly the driest month. What a spot this is for outdoors folks.
