In Maryland there are many beautiful lakes, Damazo Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Maple Tree Campground It's always fine to stop at Yourtee Spring. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Damazo Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's, and the overnight is fairly chillier of course, generally in the 60's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here

This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Damazo Pond has to offer, you can camp at Brunswick Camp Site; Catoctin Mountain Park is a great place nearby. If you need a place to stay Clarion Hotel & Conference Center is a perfect choice, and a magnificent location for whitewater paddling is Potomac River. Damazo Pond Dam is worth checking out since you're here, and why not head up to Ski Liberty and strap some skis to your feet. What a location this is for outdoors folks. Here at Damazo Pond
you'll probably meet some people from Hagerstown-Martinsburg, and in the event that you don't mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Catoctin Creek. Damazo Pond gets a common amount of annual rainfall; May is when you get the most rain here; January is when it's the driest.
