A normal amount of rain falls here at Cove Lake; all through May this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is       February. This lake is so wonderful. This is a perfect neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Wilbur Pond is a lake around here, and naturally Calams Run is a delightful stream that is worth taking a look at. High temperatures at Cove Lake all through the months of summer are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are generally in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Cove                  Lake. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting things, what a great earth it would be. Chesapeake Ranch Club Dam is a beautiful location in the vicinity of Cove Lake, and playing golf is lots of fun at Chesapeake Hills Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Cove Lake you should stop at Cove Point. You're in all probability into lakes, Webster Ponds is one of those close by, and a swamp like Cove Point Marsh next to Cove Lake has lots of interesting things to see.
