This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Residence Inn by Marriott Aberdeen, and there's whitewater on Conowingo Creek for all you thrill seekers. Nearby lakes? Sure, Octoraro Lakes is near Conowingo Reservoir, and you can run the rapids of Octoraro Creek. If you're dropping by Conowingo Reservoir from Lancaster, you won't be the only one. Sleepy Hollow is a glorious       spot to explore nearby; camping at The Pines Campground is always a nice experience. Here at Conowingo Reservoir you can see Cromleys Mountain, of course you could also check out Susquehanna River Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. For the duration of the days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Conowingo Reservoir; the overnight is fairly chillier of course, typically in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are usually in the 30's; winter                  nights come with lows in the 20's to Conowingo Reservoir. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location.
