If you are in Montgomery county it's always a good idea to stop by Clopper Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Little Seneca Creek is so much fun; you'll meet a lot of folks from Washington-Arlington-Alexandria here. High temperatures at Clopper Lake through the months of summer are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and night lows at Clopper Lake through the winter frequently

Clopper Lake gets a common amount of rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Any time is a great time at Clopper Lake if you adore the outdoors. Hope Valley Campground, and Three Sisters Lakes is a great lake close by.
Camping at Valley Mill Camp is always a magnificent experience; some close by water includes Gunners Branch. There's nice hiking along the Paw Paw Passage
Trail; soar down the rapids of Potomac River in a kayak. If you need a place to stay Fairfield Inn And Suites By Marriott Germantown is a splendid choice; there's some out of the ordinary stuff to observe at Nirvana Dam in close proximity
to Clopper Lake.
Hilton Washington Dc North/Gaithersburg is a tremendous place to get some rest; the Meadow Trail offers hiking at its best.
