At Blue Pond through the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Highs during the winter are usually in the 40's with temperatures at Blue Pond dipping down into the 20's all through winter nights. Blue Pond gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month is April. This lake is so wonderful.       If you're here at Blue Pond, do take a tour to Big Bay Point, and dry warm beds await you at Best Value Inn & Suites - Chincoteague Island. This lake is so wonderful.
