A pretty lake like Lower Reservoir next to Witts Pond is a wonderful site to stop at; you can stay the night at Clarksburg State Park. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Busby Trail, and since you're here and you like golf, you can have a look at Forest Park Country Club. An average amount of rain falls at Witts Pond;       the month with most of the rain is August while February is regularly the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Berkshire East has fine slopes and a friendly staff; there are plenty of folks from Bennington here at Witts Pond. Now, you may think that's a load but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Witts Pond. Really perfect skiing awaits you at Jiminy Peak, and The Cascade is a fine local attraction. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Witts Pond;                  the nighttime is a little colder of course, commonly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows during the wintertime for Witts Pond tend to be in the 10's. Get covered with water paddling on Deerfield River, and after a long day outdoors The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA is a splendid place to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Witts Pond has to offer, you can camp at Shady Acres Campground, and going for a hike on the Overlook Trail is always a great adventure. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Witts Pond. Not far from Witts Pond you obtain some delightful water scenery at Upper Reservoir Dam, and Bald Mountain is painless to spot from Witts Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Azimuth Brook is a scenic stream that is worth a visit, and Holiday Inn BERKSHIRES is a great place to get some rest.
