A fine spot to camp here at Winnekeag Lake is Howe's Camping, and glide down the rapids of Stony Brook in a kayak. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not take a look at Factory Village Pond close to Winnekeag Lake, and after a long day outdoors Colonial Hotel is a perfect place to spend a night or two. Paddling on Contoocook River is so much fun, and dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Westminster. So much exciting stuff to do here

The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Crotched Mountain, and if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Mitchell Hill Road. You can observe Brown Hill from Winnekeag Lake, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Wapack Trail. Yeah, come here to Winnekeag Lake for a wonderful time. nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Woods of Westminster Golf Course is close by, and Brown Brook is in the neighborhood of Winnekeag Lake and is always a delight to pop by.
