On a wonderful day it's a delightful idea to spend the day at Babbs Beach; why not take a refreshing hike along the Link Trail. A great deal of precipitation falls at Winchell Reservoir; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid close       by hotel is Dutch Iris Inn, The, and paddling on Westfield River is so much fun. Through the summertime, highs regularly are in the 80's at Winchell Reservoir. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows throughout the winter for Winchell Reservoir tend to be in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is great at Ski Sundown, and a pretty                  lake like Cooley Lake is a brilliant site to take a look at. Lakes are such calm sites, why not stop by Granville Reservoir close to Winchell Reservoir, and camping is available at Prospect Mountain Campground. Little River has a tremendous whitewater paddling spot close by, and golf can be played at Southwick Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Granville Reservoir Dam is a place that is in close proximity to Winchell Reservoir, and if you need a site to stay Elm Motel is a splendid choice. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Winchell Reservoir is peerless!
