Go to Whittemore Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. Very striking scenery and good skiing is what you get at Bradford, and a lake nearby is Burbank Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Don't miss out on a fine swamp; Kimballs Pond is right here at Whittemore Pond; if time allows, Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area is a national park worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Unicorn Golf Club not far from Whittemore

at Whittemore Pond. A tremendous beach close to Whittemore Pond is Silver Lake Town Beach, and Bear Hill is a peak you can observe from Whittemore Pond. Whittemore Pond generally gets a good deal of rainfall; all through the month
of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is August. All the outdoors exciting stuff right next door to Whittemore Pond will keep you coming back again and again. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Cedar is a great site to camp, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western New Englander.
